It was the media coverage of Otto Lilienthal’s flight experiments through scientific photo documents that first made the concept of overcoming gravity comprehensible to a broader public. Lilienthal’s success isn’t conceivable without the photographical pioneer Ottomar Anschuetz. Flying without means of imagination is unthinkable. Flying is nothing but a repeatable realization of flight relativity. Flying is an intellectual overcoming of gravity.
